FERRIES 2000.

This intensive two-day conference and trade show is sponsored by Marine Log in conjunction with the Ferry Council of the Passenger Vessel Association (PVA).

Over the years, the FERRIES conference series has evolved into a valuable forum for ferry designers, builders, and operators to discuss, debate and exchange ideas and solutions about critical issues in the industry. FERRIES 2000 attendees will gain new insight from prominent industry leaders into the opportunities and pitfalls arising from new technology, and the changing conditions in the financing and regulatory arenas.

The associated trade show offers attendees the opportunity to view some of the latest technology, equipment, designs, and services available to the ferry industry. Those interested in exhibiting at FERRIES 2000 should contact Jane Poterala, Marine Log conference director, at (212) 620-7209.

The conference fee of $565 covers admission to all conference sessions, luncheons, and the welcoming cocktail reception, as well as a copy of the FERRIES 2000 casebook with full conference documentation.
